Should you need to cancel a reservation, your deposit will be refunded if the hotel is notified 3 days prior to arrival. In instances of cancellation, obtain a cancellation number from the reservationist.

The Austin City Limits Music festival is being held during the conference dates; downtown hotels will sell out quickly, book your reservations early to ensure your accommodations at discounted rates.

The Hilton hotel is located 8 miles approximately 20-25 minutes from Austin-Bergstrom International Airport. Austin airport is serviced by most major airlines.

ACR is pleased to announce that it has been able to secure a special airline discount for the Annual Meeting. Reservations can be made by you or your travel agent.

Ground Transportation

Ground transportation is available via taxi, bus, rental car, private car service or van shuttle.

Taxi services can be picked up outside the baggage claim area at the airport. All Taxi rates are based per trip not per person. Most taxis can accommodate up to 3 passengers. In some cases, certain vehicle types can accommodate 4 passengers. For taxi reservations contact Yellow Cab at (512) 452-9999. The approximate cost is $25 each way.

Airport shuttle service is available via SuperShuttle vans, reservations are recommended. For shuttle service reservations call 1-512-258-3826 or 1-800-258-3826. Return reservations can be made by contacting the hotel concierge or bell captain. The cost of one way transfer is $13.

The Capital Metro Transit Bus Service runs from the airport to downtown Austin for $1. For more information visit www.capmetro.org.
